INDUSTRIAL FIRE TUBE BOILERS type PK
  

The boilers of the PK-series are intended for generation of saturated steam with working pressure up to 0,05 MPa and temperature up to 110 °C.

All boilers are horizontal construction, three-pass, flue fire-tube with inner wet back reversing chamber. The boilers have been designed in accordance to all modern tendencies of the most efficient utilization of the heat produced by fuel burning.

 
 

They are update representatives of so called "package-type boilers". The boilers are designed for liquid and gas fuel burning. Their design allows automatic mode of operation, safe operation, high efficiency, safe and easy maintenance.

The boilers are supplied with automatic burners, depending on the kind of fuel to be used. In the delivery scope there is included: a control panel, shut-off, drainage, safety and level-indicating fittings; control-measuring and automation devices; fuel oil pump & heating unit or gas train (line) and others.

Boiler type depending on the used fuel:

  1. For light (diesel) oil - PKN 0,4; PKN 0,7; PKN 1,0; PKN 1,6
  2. For heavy (mazut) oil - PKM 0,4; PKM 0,7; PKM 1,0; PKM 1,6; PKM 2,5;
    PKM 4,0; PKM 6,5; PKM 12,0
  3. For natural gas - PKG 0,4; PKG 0,7; PKG 1,0; PKG 1,6; PKG 2,5;
    PKG 4,0; PKG 6,5; PKG 12,0
  4. For natural gas and light (diesel) oil - PKGN 0,7; PKGN 1,0; PKGN 1,6; PKGN 2,5; PKGN 4,0; PKGN 6,5; PKGN 12,0
