HOT-WATER CONTAINER UNITS

The Containers
type PKVU are mobile Hot-water boiler units burning
natural gas, diesel oil, mazut or combined fuel. The
overall dimensions and weight of the Mobile Hot-water
Container are special designed to allow railway delivery.
The container can be transported by special truck trailer,
too.

The Mobile
Hot-water Containers are intended for hot-water heating
of different buildings for example: block houses, schools,
theaters, sport arenas, swimming pools, building sites
and industrial plants, tourist's bases and so on.

Each
Container is equipped with Hot Water Boiler Type KV.
The PKVU is a metal container on a general frame (solitary
block) carrying on all inside mounted equipment and
intended for fixing by crane loading and unloading.
In the front and rear side of the container there are
mounted inlet doors for inspection and maintenance.

The side walls
and the container roof are built from heat-insulated panels.
In the front part are disposed the boiler burner and control
panels. Inside the container is equipped with proper electrical
installation, el. heating and lighting for normal work. After
mounting on a concrete foundation it has to be mounted the
smoke chimney. Before boiler-start it has to be supplied:
water, electrical power and fuel to the Mobile Container.
The PKVU is equipped with closed system for hot water working
at temperature 115 °C and pressure 6 bar. The circulation
pumps insure the needed pressure in order to feed the required
water amount thorough the Hot-water boiler and the heating
system. For the feeding of water the Container is equipped
with Water softening plant and two feedwater pumps. For maintaining
constant the water temperature there is provided a recirculating
pump unit.
In Russia there is a big demand of these products and that's
why they are manufactured according to the requirements of
GOSGORTECHNADZOR (the Russian Tech. Inspection).
